we all love some time to ourselves, though is it a good thing to feel more comfortable alone? not just physically though mentally to? lets discuss ans all opinions welcome
Physical activity is not only good for your body, but it's also great for your mind. Being active releases chemicals in your brain that make you feel good - boosting your self-esteem and helping you concentrate as well as sleep well and feel better. Not bad for something many of us can do for free! Is this true? Has anyone actually experienced improvements from starting to exercise?
We all have mental health, good, the ok, the bad, and the broken, but do we think some in society use this as an excuse to hold back?
Do some almost think it's popular to claim mental health issues?
